Why Sterling exists.
Two years ago, our founder noticed her hair was changing. Finer. Less inclined to hold a wave. Going silver in the front, faster than she expected. She had a drawer full of expensive tools and not one of them worked the way it used to.
She started asking questions. To her colorist. To three retired hairstylists. To an engineer who'd spent twenty years at a Japanese ceramics manufacturer. What she learned: hair texture genuinely changes for one in three women during perimenopause. The industry knew. The industry hadn't bothered to redesign anything.
Sterling is what we built instead — a thermal brush calibrated for hair as it actually is. Not styling for someone you used to be. Tools for the woman you've quietly become.
